Custom made drive, half & clutch shafts
For over 30yrs Brand Engineering have manufactured shafts to fit a huge variety of cars from, from a 600+ bhp rally car in Sweden to a bespoke rear axle for a vintage hillclimb car in the UK. Over the years Brand have made hundreds of drive-shafts, half-shafts and splined hubs for Classic Jaguars, Healeys, Austins, Fords...the list goes on!
Brand Engineering manufacture anything from a single shaft to multiple sets either in EN30B for road, classic, kit cars or competition grade S155/300M for Motorsport or any form of competition use that requires uprated shafts. So if you require a uprated driveshaft for Hill Climbing, Single seater or Saloon Circuit racing, Drag racing, Rallying, Rallycross, Drifting - in fact almost any form of motorsport Brand Engineering will be able to manufcature a bespoke shaft manufactured from start to finish to your specifications...
Not based in the UK?...no problem...just send us a drawing or existing shafts - even if they are no longer one piece - and we will - quote, machine, spline, harden, straighten and then get the finished shafts delivered worldwide - we have recently supplied drive shafts and splined hubs to Germany, Malta, Norway, Finland, Guernsey and USA.
Drive/Half/Clutch Shafts - 75mm dia x 1200mm long with 15°, 30°, 45° and 60° spline angles.
• Manufactured in house in either EN30B or S155/300M
• All bearing surfaces are ground to exact size for correct bearing fit.
• All of our driveshafts are heat treaded and straightened
• Driveshafts, Clutchshafts and Halfshafts can be splined to suit almost any application
• Performance drive-shafts can be 'gun-drilled' - if required
