Roll Forming Shafts

Brand Engineering custom make Roll Forming Shafts – up to a maximum of 1 mter in length and 100m diameter.

Made from EN36 (Case hardened) or either EN16T or EN24T these shafts are tuned, any keyways are machined and then the whole shaft is precision ground from end to end.

Brand can produce new shafts from drawings or ‘reverse engineer’ shafts to replicate existing designs.

Our OEM parts supplied into the Roll Forming industry have been used to manufacture componants used in everything from the Automotive Industry to Farming.
