These uprated half shafts are engineered for classic and highly collectable Land Rover Series 88″ and 109″ models, including the iconic Stage One V8 variants. Designed to withstand significantly increased power outputs, they are suitable for vehicles producing up to approximately 500 bhp and 380 Nm of torque.
Each half shaft is precision-machined from premium-grade 300M billet steel, renowned for its exceptional strength and fatigue resistance. Shafts are manufactured with the required spline configurations, including 24/24, 23/24, and 10/23 spline options.
Following machining, every shaft undergoes a rigorous heat-treatment process to maximise durability and performance. The shafts are then carefully straightened and precision-ground at both ends to ensure accurate bearing fitment and reliable operation under demanding conditions. The result is a high-quality, heavy-duty drivetrain component that delivers outstanding strength, durability, and reliability for restored, modified, and high-performance Land Rover applications.
