UBRacing is the University of Birmingham’s Formula Student team. The team was established in 1997 and is one of the oldest Formula Student teams in the UK.

Rather than manufacturing a new part, our client asked for one end of an existing steering joint to be modified to accept a larger diameter splined shaft which we manufacture for them.
Drag Car Shafts
I discovered the specialist skills of Brand Mechanical Engineering on a web search. Local shaft manufacturers in Cheshire and North Wales found my project too daunting to undertake.
